A comprehensive otology service is provided at all three sites for adults and children for the following conditions
- Outer ear problems (recurrent otitis externa)
- Middle ear problems (recurrent acute otitis media, glue ear, cholesteatoma, tympanic membrane perforation, congenital and acquired hearing loss including otosclerosis)
- Inner ear problems (congenital and acquired hearing loss, Menieres disease, Benign positional vertigo).
Surgery performed include mastoid exploration, myringoplasty/tympanoplasty, ossiculoplasty, ventilation tube insertion and bone-anchored hearing aid surgery.
